Mainnet Nodes
Mainnet nodes are crucial components of the network, handling real transactions and requests that users depend on. They symbolize your dedication and contribution to the network, allocated based on the size of your node operation and current availability. As your influence grows, these nodes replace the initial testnet nodes, reflecting your increasing impact. Mainnet nodes not only provide significant and consistent rewards but also validate your vital role in the ecosystem.
Testnet Nodes
Testnet nodes are automatically assigned during your initial setup, serving as your gateway into the Messiah ecosystem. These nodes allow you to start contributing immediately by supporting the development of projects. Although they often don't offer a predictable reward structure, testnet nodes are essential for the growth and testing of the network, playing a vital role alongside mainnet nodes.
Problem
Running nodes is challenging and complex for developers due to the need for constant maintenance, high uptime, and robust security measures to protect against attacks. Additionally, nodes require significant computational resources, capital, software engineering skills and expertise in managing network protocols, data synchronization, and updates.

What is a Node?
A node is a critical part of a blockchain network, responsible for processing transactions and maintaining the integrity of the blockchain. Nodes validate and relay transactions, ensuring the network functions smoothly and securely. There are different types of nodes, such as mainnet nodes, which handle real-world transactions and offer rewards, and testnet nodes, which support development and testing without the same reward structure. Both types are essential for the overall health and development of the blockchain ecosystem.
